Two annotations onto this dead thread. It wasn't this Wanderer thing who mentioned 'Papyrus' in combination with a protection scheme, but The Walker Group on an announce I read on C64.sk: [link] On some (re)searching I then discovered a game producer with the name "Papyrus" that got acquired by Sierry last year: [link] The are producing racing games like Nascar Racing.
