'nibedit for G64 data'

I've been continuing work on my G64 editor. It now reads/writes G64 and TRK (text) files reasonably accurately.

I'm still debugging a couple issues with sync length on some weird disks. This comes down to allowing data after syncs to be any number of bits. For example, on VMAX, the bits in the header have a trailing nibble ("1010."):

SYNC:40
52 54 b5 29 4b 9a a6 a5 29 4a # 08 01 00 01 30 30 00 00
52 94 a5 29 4a 52 94 1010. # 00 00 00 00 00
SYNC:40
55 dd 37 49 dd 52 92 a5 29 4b # 07 43 42 4d 00 80 00 01
7d a5 d7 75 cb 7a 64 bd 29 5d # 56 2d 4d 41 58 21 a0 0d

Anyway, I expect I can finish this up shortly. It's nice to be able to work with data in terms of sync length and bits rather than editing hex bytes only.

I've emailed the exe and python script to a few people for testing. I'll post it on my web page once they confirm it's working.
