I was on my last batch of unprotected disks and the darn drive went out of alignment. I can't list a directory on any disk now. Are there alignment tools that work with the ZoomFloppy or am I up the creek?

Hi Alex,
Are you sure it's out of alignment or just dirty? If you can format a new disk and use it, it's out of alignment.
Most times when imaging old disks, the heads just get dirty. Open the drive and use alcohol and cotton swabs and really scrub it. |

Totally back in business! Thanks that was a quick fix I wish I knew when I was younger. I'm surprised that thing was even working there was a hair on it and crud. |
