Hello. In a lemon64 forum thread from Nov. 2007, it appears that the "Develop-64" AssemblerEditor suite of tools from French Silk was released to the public by Don French the author. "PostPosted: Tue Nov 27, 2007 8:34 pm Post subject: Reply with quote Me: "Do you mind if the image of DEVELOP-64 is put onto public archives?" Don French: "With my blessings! An image is on c64preservation.com now (thanks Pete!), and also I can forward a copy to anyone interested, the zip file is 57K." I was hoping to get a copy of the tool suite, possibly in the .D64 image format. I am trying to go through a ML book that uses it as the tool suite. Can anyone assist me with this request? Thanks and regards, Matt MCJ6468 |

Hi Matt, The gentlemen that had the original disk got the permission, as I recall, not myself. We would have to find what happened to him, as it was a private transfer. Also, it was heavily protected and not a D64 file- it was a still-protected G64. -Pete |
