Hello.

In a lemon64 forum thread from Nov. 2007, it appears that the "Develop-64" AssemblerEditor suite of tools from French Silk was released to the public by Don French the author.

Me: "Do you mind if the image of DEVELOP-64 is put onto public archives?"
Don French: "With my blessings!

An image is on c64preservation.com now (thanks Pete!), and also I can forward a copy to anyone interested, the zip file is 57K."

I was hoping to get a copy of the tool suite, possibly in the .D64 image format. I am trying to go through a ML book that uses it as the tool suite.

Can anyone assist me with this request?

Thanks and regards,
Matt

Hi Matt,

The gentlemen that had the original disk got the permission, as I recall, not myself. We would have to find what happened to him, as it was a private transfer. Also, it was heavily protected and not a D64 file- it was a still-protected G64.
