Some new options to help batch processing:

* Added (-i) interactive mode.
This allows you to image many disks without loading/unloading all the drive code, which saves about 15 seconds per disk side. After a side is imaged, you can hit enter to image the next one with an automatic filename (file you entered, plus an incrementing number after it), or enter 'f' to change the filename, or 'q' to quit and unload.

* Added (-m) disable track match option. This isn't really needed that much and adds to the time a disk is imaged.

These new options make it easy to image a large amount of disks in a batch, since it takes a little less than 10 seconds per side.

For example:
mnib -m -i -l35 diskname

This will read a raw GCR disk side in less than 10 seconds, limited to 35 tracks, without extended matching. It will only retry on errors, and that could even be turned off with -e0.

Flip the disk, or put in the next one and press enter. You'll barely be able to get the disk back in it's sleeve and another one ready before it's done.

You can batch convert them all the D64's in less than a second each when you are done.
