'Are nibtools in Windows x64-version avai'

Is there a Windows x64-version of nibtools available? I'm running Windows 7 x64 and OpenCBM 0.4.2, but the latest nibtools I downloaded from here don't work for me and just give me Application error (0xc0000007b). Most probably because they are just win32-versions. I see there are older x64-versions in the "old" folder and the most recent version I found is nibtools-0.6.4-x64, that seems to work fine. I also downloaded a more recent version nibtools-0.7.7-amd64 from Joe Forster's homepage (sta.c64.org), that also works fine. So, is there a Windows x64-version of the latest nibtools here for download or am I just too blind to find?
