No, I haven't. I only have an original of Star Rank Boxing II and haven't been able to find the first one. Is a good copy of it in the extras of GB64 v05? If so, I'll have access to it. If not, you can email me a copy. Also, do you have protection-intact G64s of Black Magic and Force Seven? I wanted to check out the DataSoft protection on those, but GB64's extras versions are d64. Likely Star Rank Boxing is another sync length check. That seems to be a popular one on the earlier titles. Damn effective too. I wonder why they dropped this trick. Maybe too many customers had drives running at different speeds which wouldn't pass the check? |
