Pete, is there an option to force nibread to read at a specific density other than the default?

If not, when I get some time, I'll try to compile a specific version that just reads at density 0. The next step would be to scan in just track 16 at density 0, then extract the original gap data. An exact G64 could then be manually reconstructed.
